Fill in your personal information on the first screen of the registration form:Click Next to proceed to Organisation Details.

Organisation Details

Provide details about the travel business you represent:
  • Company Name — the registered name of your travel agency
  • Business Address — your agency’s operating address
  • Type of Business — e.g., tour operator, travel agency, OTA
  • IATA / TAFI Number — enter your accreditation number if applicable

Upload the required identity and business verification documents. Ensure all files are clear, legible, and up to date before uploading. Accepted formats and required document types are listed on the form.Click Next to submit your completed application.
After submitting your application, AeronFly’s team will review it for completeness and eligibility. You will receive an approval notification at your registered email address. Once approved, log in to the B2B portal to start accessing exclusive rates and tools.
To be eligible for agent registration, you must represent a travel business that is registered and operating in India. Individual applicants or businesses registered outside India are not currently eligible for the B2B program.
