Visit aeronfly.com/package/list to explore the full catalogue. Use the filters to narrow results by category (domestic, international, spiritual, group), duration, and budget so you surface packages that match your trip requirements right away.

Select Your Package
Open any package card to review the complete details before committing. Check the full day-by-day itinerary, the list of inclusions and exclusions, the accommodation tier, and the per-person pricing. Confirm the package suits your group size and travel dates before moving on.

Customize Your Trip
Tailor the package to your preferences. You can add optional activities, upgrade your accommodation tier, adjust travel dates, and request specific meal preferences. AeronFly’s travel advisors are available to walk you through customization options if you need guidance.

Submit Your Booking Request
Fill in the required traveler details — full names as per passport, contact information, and any special requirements — then submit your booking request. An advance payment is required at this stage to secure your reservation.

Receive Your Confirmation
AeronFly will send your official booking confirmation to the email address you provided within 48 working hours of receiving your advance payment. Review every detail in the confirmation email and flag any discrepancies immediately.

Pay the Remaining Balance
Clear the full balance at least 15 days before your departure date, unless your booking confirmation specifies a different deadline. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may change before confirmation due to government tax revisions, vendor price updates, or currency fluctuations. Your confirmed invoice locks in the final price.

Enhance your trip by adding any of the following services at the time of booking or during customization:- Flights — domestic or international airfare can be bundled into your package
- Adventure activities — trekking, water sports, wildlife safaris, and more depending on destination
- Travel insurance — comprehensive coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss (strongly recommended)
By completing your booking and making a payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to AeronFly’s Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is legally valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
