# How to Book Your AeronFly Tour Package — Step by Step

> Follow these simple steps to browse, customize, and confirm your perfect tour package with AeronFly — from first click to departure day.

Booking a tour with AeronFly is straightforward and fully transparent. Browse hundreds of domestic and international packages, tailor the details to match your travel style, and let AeronFly handle the rest — all prices are in INR and include applicable GST, so there are no hidden surprises at checkout.

## Booking Process

    Open any package card to review the complete details before committing. Check the full **day-by-day itinerary**, the list of **inclusions and exclusions**, the **accommodation tier**, and the **per-person pricing**. Confirm the package suits your group size and travel dates before moving on.

  <Step title="Customize Your Trip">
    Tailor the package to your preferences. You can add optional activities, upgrade your accommodation tier, adjust travel dates, and request specific meal preferences. AeronFly's travel advisors are available to walk you through customization options if you need guidance.

  <Step title="Submit Your Booking Request">
    Fill in the required traveler details — full names as per passport, contact information, and any special requirements — then submit your booking request. An advance payment is required at this stage to secure your reservation.

      Double-check all traveler names and dates before submitting. You have **24 hours** after receiving your confirmation to notify AeronFly of any errors.

    AeronFly will send your official booking confirmation to the email address you provided within **48 working hours** of receiving your advance payment. Review every detail in the confirmation email and flag any discrepancies immediately.

    Clear the full balance **at least 15 days before your departure date**, unless your booking confirmation specifies a different deadline. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and applicable charges.

      Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may change before confirmation due to government tax revisions, vendor price updates, or currency fluctuations. Your confirmed invoice locks in the final price.
